FRPro requires Excel Macros must be enabled in order to retrieve the data from the database.

Steps to Enable Macro in Office 2003:

1. Open the Price List.

2. Go to Tools à Macro à Security …

3. Select: Medium

Medium Security Level will allow user to option on whether to run Macros or not.

4. Click OK

5. Close the price list.

6. Reopen the Price List.

7. Select Enable Macros when the option box is presented.

Steps to Enable Macro in Office 2007:

1. Open the Price List.

2. Click Office icon at top leftmost corner.

3. Click Excel Options button

4. Go to Trust Center-> Trust Center Settings -> Macro Settings.

5. Select Disable all macros with notification. This selection allow user to option on whether or not to run macros.

6. Click OK.

7. Close the price list.

8. Reopen the price list

9. Click Options behind Security Warning: Some active content has been disabled.

10. Select Enable this content

11. Click OK.

You’ll need to click on Options to enable the content each time you open an Excel file.
