Paste Insert - Copy & Paste line items from Excel

Starting from 6.9, ERPro provided a Paste Insert function to paste grid line item data from Excel to ease data entry.

How to use:

For example, your customer give you a Purchase Order in Excel Format and you are going to issue a Sales Order.

1. In Excel, arrange the columns to proper format, select the area you wish to copy and copy it to the clipboard.

2. In ERPro Sales Order, add new and input relevant information in header fields, and arrange the details columns to match with the Excel Column. In this example, it is Item No, Description, Order Qty, Unit and Unit Price.

Right click the left triangle and select Paste Insert

3. The Excel Grid data is pasted into ERPro.
