How to unauthorized inventory items from Excel File?

You can make a group of inventory item unauthorized (inactive) by importing an Excel File.

1. Prepare an Excel Spreadsheet with the following format. (Download sample)

Where

Column A is the items you wish to unauthorized

Column B is always 0 (0 is unauthorized)

Column C is optional to record the suspended date

2. Save the File as an normal Excel File.

3. In ERPro, go to Inventory -> Maintenance -> Item Master, Click New button. Click the "Import" button and locate the Excel file saved in step 2.

4. Wait until the import process complete.
