How to copy FRPro worksheet to new worksheet retaining values and format?

1. Select and copy whole worksheet in FRPro worksheet.

2. Create a new worksheet by selecting File -> New

3. Select Edit -> Paste Special

3. Select Value and Number Format. Click OK button.

4. Select Edit -> Paste Special again

5. Now select Format

6. Done. All formula is removed and the format is retained.
