Build On-The-Fly Assortment Demonstration

ERPro provides the ability to simultaneously build and ship assortments (kits) within one step. You can configure the system to ship assortments without going through the Produce End Product function by selecting the item type to Assortment in the inventory record. This enables faster order processing.

1. Define Components

Make sure the Item Type is ‘Stock’ or ‘Non-Stock’

2. Define Assortment

Make sure the Item Type is ‘Assortment’

3. Define Bill of Material

In this case, One set of ASSORT1 equal to one case of C1 and one pc of C2.

5. Stock Transaction Processing

ERPro will deduce 100 case of C1 and 100 pc of C2.
