How to setup a new company (database)?

1) go to System Manager / Maintenance / Database Maintenance

2) Enter the company code, company name and database name, and then click "Create new database" (the database name is "db" + company code by convention)

3) a new company is created, when you log out and run ERPro again, the company will be available to choose from the company list.

4) you can then go to System Manager/Maintenance and open "User Maintenance" and "Group Maintenance" to define user permission on this new company. You will also need to visit the Company Setup and Global Function to perform initial setup of it.
