Allow document printing only after posted - When turned on, document printing (e.g. Invoice Printing, PO Printing) is allowed only after the document is posted.

Always Require Project Code - When turned on and Project Module installed, all documents require to input project code in order to save.

Post Project Code to GL Voucher As Analysis Code 1 - When turned on and Project Module installed, the Project Code will be populated to GL Voucher as Analysis Code 1

Mark as Deleted for Documents - When turned on, the document will not physically deleted when delete button is clicked, but will be marked as deleted and store in the system.

Lock Document Number if Auto Number - When turned on, the document number is not allowed to change, the next number will always read from the next number defined in Company Setup
